Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute strategies tailored to client needs, team development, and revenue objectives.
- Obtain ongoing client and partner feedback to assess performance against organizational objectives.
- Engage with leadership team to represent business results and advocate for customer needs.
- Establish customer KPIs and work with internal partners to measure progress and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Manage all post-sales activities including proposal coordination, material and content collection, insertion orders, billing and other on-boarding deliverables to help close deals and implement programs.
- Increase customer retention by conducting regular performance checks to identify areas for improvement and perform data analysis for ongoing strategic reviews.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at native level is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have 3+ years of in managing digital advertisement such as PPC (pay-per-click) and paid display ad.
- Experience in working with a dynamic creative ad-serving agency/partner in advertising agency or in in-house operation.
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
- An understanding of Asian/Japanese market with knowledge of its major platform such as Yahoo!, LINE or E-commerce.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
- Adept at solving problems that span business and technology.
