Responsibilities and Duties
- Plan and present cohesive strategies for launching and operating online titles.
- Coordinate efforts by Development, Localization, QA, Marketing, and Community teams to execute decided strategies.
- Establish and communicate KPI targets and make efforts to achieve them by including, but not limited to implementing and operating new content and events/trade sshows.
- Lead forecasting, consumer marketing, and A/B testing.
- Communicate with platform account managers to find promotional opportunities.
- Stay on top of new best practices and technologies to keep up with the competition.
- Test prototypes of future game titles to provide constructive feedback.
- Perform special projects and other miscellaneous duties that are assigned by upper management.
Qualifications
- Must be English and Japanese bilingual in writing, reading, and speaking.
- Strong attention to detail and a high competency in both written and verbal communication in English and Japanese.
- Superior analytical skills, ability to make plans, and project management skills are essential.
- Strong motivation to drive a project assigned.
- Experienced at Associate Producer/Producer in gaming industry is a plus.
- Experience working on console titles and operating live ops games is a plus.
