Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate project tasks with designers, programmers, and other internal team members at local and remote locations.
- Develop and nurture great relationships with existing or potential clients.
- Assist the solutions/sales team in scoping projects for prospects.
- Achieve personal and departmental targets with a focus on organizational profitability.
- Engage in developing project documentation and scoping requirements (including technical requirements) for the development team.
- Guide digital content throughout the execution cycle, focus specifically on designing, developing, QA'ing, and tailoring our solutions to our clients.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Knowledgeable in driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product growth, driving requirements, and product launch.
- Ability to work with cross-functional (e.g. Developers, UX/UI, and Program Management) teams.
- Experience in managing projects with technical dives into HTML5, CSS and/or Javascript.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and follow-up.
- Hands-on experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing strategic projects, people management, and supervision/team leadership role is a plus.
