Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the work activities of entire store and monitors performance of the store to ensure the goals are achieved.
- Manage and maintain all merchandise purchased to ensure the qualities are met in accordance with the company standard.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns regarding sales, products, services, or other matters in a prompt and professional manner.
- Coordinate sales promotion activities and manage prices of each merchandise.
- Continuously provide training to all subordinate, both current and new, to ensure the quality of the store operations are kept in line with the Company’s standard.
- Uphold company and operational standards for the retail store, including the arrangement of displays and cleanliness.
- Assist and support other duties in order to keep the store operations smoothly.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese is a big plus.
- In depth understanding of fashion brands and apparel anf a keen eye for envisioning and interpreting fashion trends.
- Have strong time-management and delegation skills..
- Skill in verbal and written communications, training and development, and effective listening
- Possess good problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
- Have the ability to perform various physical tasks during the work shift.
- Ability to work effectively multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
