Responsibilities and Duties
- Inspect all equipment before releasing line to management for inspection.
- Run equipment optimally and adjust machineies based on product spec.
- Set up and tear down production equipment as needed to perform specific cleaning applications.
- Make documentation to ensure quality.
- Check weight periodically to ensure spec.
- Handle food safely by paying attention to detail.
- Other duties as assigned from General manager.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is preferred.
- Detail orientated, self-starter, and punctual.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work long hours and able to work overtime when required, as per the business needs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, as this is not a sit-down position.
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds frequently.
- Willingness and ability to work in wet, ambient, hot to cold environments wearing face mask, hairnet, smock, and safety shoes while inside of plant.
