Responsibilities and Duties
・Support product design, development, and release process for assigned products and maintain the product development road map.
・Establish and drive KPIs and targets for games and features, providing specifications for customized metrics required to analyze and improve the product.
・Develop hands-on, in-depth knowledge of competitive products and maintain technical analysis of competitive strengths and weaknesses.
・Leadforecasting, consumer marketing, A/B testing, and multivariate testing efforts.
・Ensure the smooth operation of the product creating a clear and achievable product schedule and plans
・Develop and manage in-game events and promotions to drive conversion, retention, engagement, revenue, LTV, and reduce churn.
・Provide insights on product sales and marketing performance collaborate with Marketing & Business Relation Manager on marketing and product positioning of assigned titles.
・Other supervisory duties assigned.
Qualifications
・Fluency in Japanese - Conversational to Professional Working level.
・Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering preferred but alternative disciplines accepted with relevant experience.
・10+ years’ relevant experience preferred.
・Demonstrated knowledge of material handling and logistics relating to the internal movement of materials.
・Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
・A self-starter with the ability to operate independently and with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
