Responsibilities and Duties
・Support sales in managing presentation timelines and project requests.
・Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
・Work with internal and external teams to properly complete internal sales order forms.
・Assist in monitoring inventory and blank tracking
・Work with costing department to submit and secure approved costing for domestic and import items, meeting our margin goals
・Utilize internal systems to submit and procure product samples. Partner with domestic and import teams to ensure product execution exceeds customer standards
・ Maintain organization of reference and production samples.
・Other duties assigned.
Qualifications
・Japanese Fluency is a big plus.
・Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
・Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word
・Demonstrate self-assurance, self-confidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding but rewarding atmosphere
・Ability to create team players and has a strong aptitude for logical thinking, including detailed problem solving skills
