Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist sales engineers in day-to-day sales activities, including emails, calls, and CRM management.
- Follow up with prospective customers by email and phone to increase potential of sales.
- Follow up with current customers to gauge product satisfaction and potential for more sales.
- Maintain CRM database with new information of new and existing leads to ensure accuracy.
- Create sales campaigns to drive more traffic through the sales pipeline.
- Generate quotations for product and service offerings as needed.
- Assist sales team in tracking projects through the pipeline to optimize efficiency of the team.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at Peofessional Working Level is required.
- Excels in problem-solving, being intuitive, value-adding, and framing conversations.
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Ability to work autonomously and with little management oversight.
- Highly preferred obtained an Master's Degree or in the process of obtaining degree in the engineering field.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience related Noise & Vibration industry.
