Responsibilities and Duties
- Research, discover, and interviewi new leads within target markets.
- Perform outreach through email sequences and other outbound lead generation campaigns
- oCnducti outbound telephone calls to prospective partners and customers to identify decision makers and opportunities with the goal of setting up a meeting for a member of our team or getting a prospect onboarded.
- Learn and understand company's value proposition, products and solutions and effectively communicate this understanding to prospects.
- Transition qualified and engaged leads to the appropriate account executive.
- Update client and prospect information in CRM system.
- Meet sales and performance objectives and provide weekly activity reporting to management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Empathetic listener that is able to probe to get a real sense of a prospect’s needs.
- Ability and aptitude to speak intelligently about solutions to VP and C-Suite executives
- Proficiency in prospecting tools and research
