Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and monitor all aspects of assigned shipments and projects.
- Maintain daily contact with customers, agents, and vendors relevant to customer portfolio.
- Maintain communication between all relevant parties and agents during shipment process.
- Create rate quotes and bookings per customer requests.
- Update and maintain customer profiles within company's software system keeping them accurate and current.
- Accurately invoice both customers and agents and keep track of expenses.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native level is required.
- Ability to establish priorities and accomplish multiple tasks
- Must be detail oriented, thorough, and accurate and have the ability to efficiently solve problems
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with demanding deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate including good knowledge of MS Office
