Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships to ensure customer and grower satisfaction.
- Manage the fulfillment of sales orders including product transportation to the customer.
- Collaborate with other members of your sales team, as well as the operations team, outside logistics vendors, and others to ensure efficient product delivery.
- Manage sales order entry process.
- Contact customers regarding orders, delivering, sending invoices, and payment.
- Occasionally help assemble products (no more than 5lbs each product) in cooler.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese, Korean or Chinese is preferable.
- Ability to speak both publicly and individually with clients with confidence and poise.
- Keen sense of self-motivation, dignity, and resolve.
- Detail-oriented and a good problem solver.
- Verifiable experience with Quickbooks is required
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, manage multiple tasks/projects and handle change effectively.
