Responsibilities and Duties
- Test and evaluate prototype solutions and applications..
- Work with the global engineering team as a consultant for the development of automotive service and repair solutions.
- Gather and communicate the voice of customer and user feedback.
- Visit and observe repair facilities to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy using company's technology solutions.
- Monitor the automotive repair and service space including competitor analysis and business trends / needs.
- Identify best practices and optimal business models for introducing new service technologies and products to the market.
- Take initiative to spot opportunities and take advantage of them.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an automotive diagnostic technician.
- Dealership technician experience and body/glass experience a plus.
- ASE(Automotive Service Excellence) level A1 or A6 certified preferred.
- Understanding of AR technology including smart glasses and eLearning platforms a plus.
- Familiarity with safety systems and sensor calibration tools / procedures.
- Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Possess excellent problem-solving capability and good Presentation skills.
