Responsibilities and Duties
- Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with clients and drive deals to closure in a new business environment.
- Create and propose advertising recommendations that best suit the customer’s campaign, objectives and goals.
- Up sell and leverage business from new and established customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal creative department and clients to assist in development of effective advertising campaigns.
- Lead on campaign implementation and management regarding list-building, digital advertising, content creation, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, campaign performance and analysis.
- Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at business level and in English at native level is a must.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Must have 2+ years of in sales experience in paid digital advertisement PPC (pay-per-click) at a firm or agency.
- An understanding of Asian/Japanese market with knowledge of its major platform such as Yahoo!, LINE or E-commerce is a big plus..
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with multicultural environment.
- Experience working with clients, collaborating with the teams, leading ad project implementation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
