The company is a game company that publishes titles across multiple platforms ranging from console to handheld and mobile. You will be responsible for supervising the Production Department as well as the Marketing to manage publishing, launch, and operation of titles on various platforms.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day production and operation efforts on multiple projects.
- Plan and present cohesive strategies for launching and operating online titles.
- Help the development teams improve the quality of the games by aiding with localization, quality assurance, and any other services that we may be able to provide.
- Manage and mentor the members of the team, helping the team improve and maintain morale.
- Work with upper management to solicit new projects, compile game pitches, and perform initial partnership evaluation.
- Ensure that each team is able to function as the information hub for every game, providing necessary information to other departments.
- Other duties as assigned such as recruitment, networking (trade shows and live events) and other miscellaneous efforts.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 to 10 years of previous experience in the same or similar position such as Director or Producer/Senior Producer is preferred.
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems on a complex level in various situations.
- Proficient in computer and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, Zoom, and JIRA.
- Must be tactful, mature, and flexible.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, clients, customers, and the general public in English and Japanese.
