Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute on the overall paid media strategy: PPC, Display Advertising, Retargeting, Paid Social, and Test new channels.
- Achieve brand goals at an efficient cost by proactively identifying and taking action on channel optimization and growth opportunities.
- Use our CRM, strategize customer retention and LTV maximization with accountability on KPI goals: demo requests, purchase, repurchase.
- Maintain/optimize SEO and collaborate with website developers to create landing pages for digital advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with social media manager and marketing team to develop and strategize all content for social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin.
- Assist Sales and Marketing Team with strategically building, maintaining and nurturing email marketing database.
- Support other business activities from a marketing standpoint such as but not limited: Photo and Video Shoots, Events and Trade Shows.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese at the business level is ideal.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Experience in digital media buying role, Netsuite, MailChimp experience strongly preferred.
- Knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager
- Proven ability to collaborate cross functionally within a dynamic, fast-moving organization.
- Lifelong learner, interested in continuous personal improvement and growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to increase revenue and grow campaigns.
