Responsibilities and Duties
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets as designated by the manager
- Visit customers and potential customers to provide support, information, and sell the Company’s products and educates on how the products or services can benefit them.
- Coordinate with the accounting department to assure the collection of payment in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and building rapport
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivers orders to customers as needed
- Attend semiannual inventory count on designated day or Company events and functions possibly outside of normal working hours
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree and above preferred.
- Fluency in Japanese or Spanish highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAGE100, highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the food wholesale/distribution preferred.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAGE100, highly preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills and communication/interpersonal skills
