Responsibilities and Duties
- Unload products and materials from truck operating forklift and pallet jack.
- Receive and store goods to the designated area in warehouse.
- Shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling for shipping, and stage finished product for loading.
- Prepare documentation and submit to the operation department.
- Complete daily/weekly/monthly logs and communicate with overseas team when necessary.
- Assist in solving complex or out of policy operation problems and in meeting productivity goals.
- Serve on committees and teams as department representative.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Business to Native Level is preferable.
- Ability to increase and secure new freight-related business.
- 2 years of Customer Service or Operations, in International Transportation business experience.
- Familiarity with local marketplace and trends.
- Driving forklift experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local marketplace and trends is plus.
