The company is a full-service Payroll and HR Outsourcing firm located in Santa Clara. You will be responsible for the internal delivery of solutions to their clients, and closing to loop to reinforce client satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Compile payroll data such as hours worked, taxes, insurance, and deductions
- Input payroll systems such as ADP Workforce Now system, compute wages and deductions
- Record changes affecting new wages such as exemptions, insurance coverage
- Prepare paychecks for approval by Finance Director and CFO
- Various audits pertaining to taxes, workers compensation, 401k, and payroll throughout the year
- Utilize interpersonal skills when working with internal and external peers to accomplish positive customer service experiences
- Update and revise policies and procedures related to payroll processing as needed
Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level is required.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ of experience providing accounting and financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Sage 50 or other ERP systems are preferred
- Comfortable with learning new systems and ability to respond to changes in the IT environment flexibly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to flex based on audience and other requirements.
